Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

if part of your weight problem is hereditary , you cant do anything about that . But you can keep your self from being over weight if you eat proper foods which I am sure you have already been told.
as for losing the weight before Sept. 22.. you need to exercise too such as walking everyday, slow at first then more as the days pass.and eat only good foods and not after 7 pm.drink water and
stay away from sweets and fat stuff, you don't want to go on crash diets they only harm you and make you sick. If you cant for what ever reason lose weight then ask your Dr, if you have one...I don't know how old you are but if you do the right things for your self you will be successful.

The fact that it's hereditary doesn't mean anything besides that it will be harder to lose. You're going to have to alter your eating habits tremendously: cut out all liquids but water, stick to mainly vegetables (not too many fruits either), fish, and lean meats. If you're worried about being full, eat soup low in calories and carbs. Cut out all sweets and junk food. Have 5-7 small meals a day. Everything you eat should be diet or lowfat, including salad dressing, but it's obviously better to leave that out entirely. And the big part of weight loss is exorsizing. You should exorsize 5 times a week strenuously by running, biking, kick-boxing; anything that is a good cardio work out. If you have Comcast, they have great cardio workout programs On Demand. But your weight is going to be very hard to shake, so you have to be 100% dedicated. Try joining a sports team if it would help you to exorsize more.

your leg... lmao. Funny!

I recommend Kevin Trudeau's book "Natural Cures They don't want you to know about." He has good points in there on how to lose weight. Part of it could be hereditary, but that's not all of it.

I suppose the obvious answer is: Exercise. What's the problem? Fat AND lazy? I mean, if you get out and go jogging every day, and you're still fat, then I might have a bit more empathy. Don't pass the blame onto genetics until you've done your best and put forth the effort to change the things you don't like. Good luck! Hope it helps!

Being overweight does tend to run in families, but only part of it is genetics.

When we were in the eighth grade, I stayed overnight with a friend who was already nearing 200 pounds. Her Mama and Daddy were obese, too.

Her Mama Cooked a whole round steak in the electric skillet overnight, and for breakfast, made biscuits, gravy, steak, fried potatoes, eggs, hot cereal, fruit juice, and hot chocolate. Her Mama was worried that I did not get enough to eat; between me and the three of them, all the food was eaten.

So I think that sometimes culture or habit has as much to do with heriditary obesity, as does actual genetics.

If you are getting a balanced diet, just eat smaller portions, and go for a walk every day. You will slim down, and be in better health.

Change your habits. No food after 6 or 7pm If you do that you will lose about 0.5lb a day. it takes 4 hours for your body to digest the food. If you go to bed less that 4 hours after your last meal then you wil gain weigh because your body wont process the food and will store it as fat.
In addition if you try the Master cleanser, or Limonade diet 15 days before your target day, you will lose about 10 pounds. Good luck.

Some people's genetics are pre-disposed to being over-weight. This isn't written in stone though. A lot of people in your situation, have been able to overcome this though.

That's a pretty lofty goal you've set. I don't think it's impossible. With regular exercise, and regular (no skipping meals) eating of moderate sized portions from a balanced menu, you could do it. See if you can get an appointment with your family doctor, they might have some suggestions for you that will help out. If you live with your family, you might want to speak with whoever is in charge of meal preparation - it's always helpful to have the support of those at home as well.

Good luck. =]

Join Weight Watchers - you will never feel hungry. Start exercising. Just as simple as walking for 30 min to 60 min and bumping it as you can do more. You could go swimming and work your way up on endurance. But you need to do this a very healthy way. Doing it wrong won't help and just make it come back faster.

The hereditary bit is mostly baloney.

You need to:
* realign brain chemicals
* reduce stress load on adrenals
* balance intestinal flora environ
* increase excersize
* follow advice of these common doctors under the 'health' box in middle of page: http://www.pcrm.org/
