And I am seriously considering harming myself. What's worst is that I have a 1++ yr old little girl and I love her soo much. Last week, there was this mother who committed suicide who took her kids with her. Two of them died. I questioned her maternal instinct yet here I am today, with probably the same thought she had that day...

Pls.. I need someone to talk to..

It's 5am EDT, and I CANNOT fall asleep. I lie down for half an hour or so, and when I am still fully awake after that I get up and read, or take a bath, burn some chamomile incense, etc. Tried a hot drink...nothing. Any suggestions? I'm not interested in taking drugs to make me sleep, by the way...please help!

Always had mild hayfever, but this year it has very suddenly become severe - enough to prompt visits to emergency doctors through difficulty breathing and infected bites as well as the extreme runny/blocked nose and eyes that I am ready to scratch out. I don't understand why this has happened to me.

I'm 28 male from southern part of India. I'm suffering from a big problem of lack of memory. Most of the things I do forget may be the next day itself. and it affects my job. Like, I'll keep something to do for the next day, but next day as usual i'll forget. How can I increase my memory?

Although I now we are doing the right thing, as parent you get the guilts. I have an appointment with our GP tomorrow night and basically wil be demanding action after 2 years and trying all that has been suggested. I found on the net a product in the USA called FOCUS , has any one heard of this? It is natural and sounds good but I don't think I can get it through customs. Does anyone in Australian know of a natural product - alternative for ADHD.inattentive

i need to get wisdom teeth cut out monday and i have to start taking my meds 24 hours post operatively. and if walgreens aint open, is there a rite aid in kansas or other pharmacies that well be open besides the military base. i dont want to go there.

and from what I have read I would prefer not to take over the counter and prescription meds. I don't think I need a doctor, pretty sure the pain is from working, bending, lifting, up and down stairs, not to mention I am quite top heavy, And, yes I do try to remember to lift with my legs...just need something to relieve the pain....Thanks

I get really realllyyyy bad menstrual cramps not every time but every OTHER month, do u think it's something serious? I used to take Tylenols and it helped me but lately I've noticed that it doesn't do much for me anymore. My mom thinks I need to go see a gynaecologist which I'm not very trilled about. What do u think?
