I just got back from 15 minutes on my first day.

I'm 40 and in relatively good shape aside from the 20ish pound spare I need to lose before I'm 50 and it's too late.

Any other advice? I can't do sit-ups because I've got some neck/back problems.

My grandmother had part of her stomach removed a few months back because of cancer and she went into the hospital with abdominal cramps. They found nothing but admitted her anyways. My family thinks it could be lactose intolerance.

I am going to have surgery on my hand I have a nodule on my middle finger and pulled muscle in my palm on my right hand. My right hand is also my dominate hand. Any suggestions on remaining calm ? My fear is waking up during surgery or not be able to wake up at all

hey i think i might be an insomniac i stay up to 6 AM only because thats when dad gets up so i must be in bed then when he isnt home i stay up till about 10AM i just cant make myself go to sleep i wake up about noon whats some ways to cure this and is it insomnia?Thanks in advance
