Depending on your age, if you are sexually active , searching to get pregnant unsuccessfully for a while and how are your periods -monthly bleeding- it is possible to at least have a presumed diagnosis.

Have they done an pelvic ultrasound to you? How did the doctors arrive to the conclusion that you have something unknown in the endometrium?

Please if you want to know something more then it is necessary to add some more data to your question.
