My father was there and the doctor said if we give him enough medicine to ease the pain he may die from it.

I said, "And his alternative is?"

He would have died with in a couple weeks at most, why not let him have the relief from the pain?

I cannot tell you other than God has sustained me throughout all my 43 years of cystic fibrosis.

I have tried giving up and it was not good

I will always push to have a better tomorrow no matter what my toda y is like .

Easy way out is ot easy way into the real life.We are not living one life even if you are not religious it has nothing to do with religions. Its about knowing in yr heart after reading educating and having a relation with God that one comes to understand the bigger plan in life. Al these illnesses are tests. WE are priviledged i a very ironic way to have this illnesses. Our life is not easy and ofte n times we do strengthen and learn form it all.

Do not give up, if this is you.
Don't try to pus h a way out of yr illness. YOU DONT KNOW WHAT TOMORROW MIGHT BRING AND THATS THE HOLE POINT. YOU JUST TRUST GOD. HE WILL DELIVER. ONE WAY OR ANTOHER.

pls trust that.

take comfort in knowing that everything happens for a reason. it seems kind of cold and unfeeling to say that, but that is just not the case. i truly believe that everyone that suffers on earth has a crown of gold waiting on them in the afterlife. suffering and sickness opens a wide door of spiritual and religious beliefs, but have faith and trust your beliefs (whatever they are). your loved ones and yourself will be okay. i believe we never get burdened with any more than we can truly handle.

i would stay right by there side, letting them know im there. just being there is the best thing knowing there not going to past away alone. that sometimes can be the best gift you can give a person. just the love and holding there hand. is just the warmth they are looking for to go on to a better life. that is the best medacation a person can give is love and being there.

stay calm, and look at life the way it is... limited. it's not a harsh way to look at things... just one of the better ways without being in denial.
