Ask your doctor. That's all there is to it.

See your GP for a referral. Or pay for one at a private clinic.

There is no such thing as an allergy test - you will be tested for specific allergens, so it can be hit and miss. Also a lot of people are just intolerant of things rather than out and out allergic. You may be wasting your money

Look up allergists under physician specialists in the yellow pages and call and arrange to have an exploratory test done. Usually they will prick you with about 4 small pins, each with a known allergen and determine which one's elicit an allergic reaction. It sounds uncomfortable but its not too bad.

Ask your doctor for such a test, or for a referral to an allergist.

Your regular doctor would refer you to a ENT(ear, nose and throat) doctor. They can give you an allergy test.

You see an allergy doctor, and they insert little needles in your back and arm of different things to see what you are allergic to. Doesn't hurt.

your doctor will map out an area of your body (mine was my back) then give you numerous small shots and watch how you react to them individually
