pack up with loads of high calorie drinks
eat whey protein supplement drinks
pig out on chocolates ice cream and breads with cheese ohhh there are so many ways you can do it.

I wish I could. I cant digest anything so Im toothpick now thin and if i try to eat meat which makes you gaihn weight too, i get pancreatitis and end up in hospital.

If you are healthy jsut eat a lot of calories and try to rest so that you gain the weight not loose it .

Scandipharmaceutical company makes a 800 calorie supplement drink that is delicious. Its for people who have a genetic ailment i hve, thats why i cant digest. But this drink is very gtood and it will add up ijn the calorie count for you. Two drinks a day and much to eat you will gain weight in no time. I guarantee it. I know all about food and weight.

Eat slowly, increase your portion sizes and chew your food good. Increase your caloric intake to a level greater than what it takes now to maintain your current body weight. Enjoy your food and stop eating on the run. Sit down and have a fruit juice along with your meal. Have an occasional pasta meal and pie or chips.
Decrease, but do not stop, your amount of exercise and activity. Treat yourself to a healthy snack frequently and eat foods high in protein to build strong muscles. Get enough rest and sleep to slow your metabolism and get a medical check-up to rule out any medical problem such as hyperthyroidism that could interfere with your weight gains.

I put on 17 lbs after a whole semester of take out

mcdonels, wendys etc... these will def cause u to gain weight.. but perhaps in places u dont want it: tummy, butt, sides, etc

fyi: at 16 i was 5'3 and 98 lbs lol, now im 20 and 5'4 127lbs

You probably aren't done growing yet. It will happen! Make sure to eat what is good for you but you need to eat more calories. If you want to exercise and lift weights you will bulk up but you will need to eat even more. Eat plenty of protein. Protein bars and shakes will put on some weight. Fruit juices are high in calories but still good for you (but make sure to brush your teeth as they are high in sugars). Cheese and complex carbohydrates are also good. Try to increase your portion sizes gradually as well as adding snacks along the way. Make sure to eat a good bedtime snack that is still nutritious. These things and your body maturing will help you lose that extra thin look and make you "buff".

Go to the vitiman store and get some Weight Gain. I used it and put on around 20 pounds in about a month.

well some people no matter what cant gain alot of weight because of you metabolism but you could try eatting bread/potatoes and starches or try using a weight gainer drink or pills

eat may fatty snack with cheese and don't go sport. you can drink medicine to gained weight in drugs store or just ask doctor how to gain weight.

Are you eating well?..you also might try some protein boosters like Ensure or something like this..I would also see my doctor and find out why you are thin..and they suggest supplements..are your family thin?
