Go to the doctor. do you use Tampons? Try not using them.
TSS Toxic Shock Syndrome could be extreme pain.
A heating pad or hot water bottle can help soothe the pain along with the Tylenol. Getting exercise all month long can help.
You can try the breathing that is done in natural childbirth. Take a deep breath, Exhale slowly with your lips just letting a little air to be able to press through.
Also Go over your stomach with your finger tips down the center and out and up the sides while breathing.
A gentle scalp massage can help distract you fro the pain a little so that the Tylenol can work. Hot Tea with honey. Your health food store should have teas which are specific for this purpose.
I have had difficult periods all my life. I did not take any hormones for them.
Go to the Doctor and have a check-up.

I'm not reading how old you are but in this day and age no one should suffer from menstrual cramps..I can't personally recommend medication because that would be prescribing and so I would certainly go along with your Mom and say you need to see a doctor..there are lots of medicine (prescribed) for cramps and you need an exam to see just what is going on..

If it's nothing serious, eat raspberries or drink cranberry tea. I'm serious. Raspberries relieve menstrual cramping very quickly and they're yummy! Make a smoothie and recline on the couch. If you don't like them, then try cranberry tea or cranberry juice (the unsweetened kind!).

Try a hot water bottle on your stomach and Midol. Wouldn't hurt to see a gynecologist, also.

I have the same problem and my doctor prescribed naproxen which helps. sometimes, I'll also take midol or tylenol. but if this doesnt work, see your doctor.

When in doubt find a professional.... please go to the doctor and make sure that you are ok. Then when you find out that you are ask your doctor for advice on treating your cramps.

I used to get those when I was a teen. I thought I was going to die. See a vag. doctor.
Maybe they will give you something strong.
