i would tell my doctor maybe you need to see a ent doctor maybe there is something else going on then just your throat some times sinus can cause that. they do drain into the throat cause it to be sore. but check with your doctor and ask about a ent doctor. (ent doctor is ear nose throat doctor)

if your talking about a sore throat or streap throat which will cause a fever try going to the doctor and getting your tonsuls removed

get throat spray gargle salt water try to go to the doctor and if this hapens alot you might consider geting your tonsils took out and get throat losenges
