Hi,
So I had to make the carrot cake and let it stay over night because I won't have enough time to make it the day of the event.

I'm a bit paranoid it will be dry because I think I might have left it in too long to begin with. Is there anything I can do to make it moist? This will sound silly but can I like inject pineapple juice inside it somehow or something??? I wish I could try a slice before I serve it, lol. This is my first time making homemade carrot cake.

Also, should I let the cake sit out overnight at room temp. or put it in the fridge? When should I frost it...now or right before serving it???

I made cream cheese frosting homemade as well and so I think that maybe I can't just let cream cheese sit out at room temp...

Ugh...I'm such a newbie to baking! ANY help is greatly appreciated!!!

Happy Holidays.

I love cupcakes but when I decided to make my own frosting, it ended up being to liquidy and too soft for me to pipe on the cupcake.

Anyone got any better recipes or techniques?

I've done it before, but since they gotta work tomorrow, I wanted to know if i can precut them tonight so that tomorrow i can take them out of the fridge and cook themm... Like there wouldn't be anything wrong with that right ? Will they be brown or anything...

anyways anything will be helpful. Ciao :)

I'm going out of town and I won't have time to bake when I get there, so I'm going to bake a cheesecake for some relatives and take it with me. . .on the two hour drive home, lol. How can I transport this cheesecake without it turning to a chocolate truffle goopy mess?

I just bought a 14" pizza stone. It works very well; my pizzas are nicely done. So I have complaint about how well it bakes crusts. But it does flood my house with an objectionable odor that lasts as long as the stone is hot. Will this eventually go away, or is it something I must tolerant whenever I use it? Any suggestions?

When you measure flour you have to sift it first, well i don't really have a sifter so i'm wondering how much extra flour there usually is without sifting it first.
