Any baked or broiled recipe can be done in the toaster oven
the biggest difference is in the size of the pan that can be used, thus the time it takes to complete the task. Cakes are limited to small ones, and by the type of toaster oven you have. It must be able to bake for at least 20 minutes. You are also limited by the size pan that will fit in the oven. It should not touch the door or any side of the oven to allow for proper air circulation. Go get a package of chocolate chips and follow the recipe on the back using a small baking sheet in the toaster oven.

You can bake anything in a toaster oven that you would normally bake in a full-sized one. You don't even need to change the time or temperature. You just need smaller pans. You will easily find cookie sheets and muffin pans available at WalMart and most grocery stores that have a "cooking notions" section. You will also find smaller rectangular pans, loaf pans, pie pans and the like in the disposable foil pans section.
Happy baking!

Garlic bread.
Buy some french bread.
Cut sections in it or cut it down the length.
melt a stick of butter in a bowl.
get fresh garlic. crush 5 small cloves and mix it with butter.
sprinkle some oregano in and parsley in the bowl.
open the bread and pour this mixture on the inside of the bread.
if you want cheese melted in, get fresh mozzarella. cut slices and put that inside the bread too.
but the bread in the toaster.
cook maybe 20 minutes. look inside so it doesn't burn.
the cheese should melt into the bread.
that's it.

Stuffed portobello mushrooms!
Buy mushrooms, tomatoes, dill pickles, garlic (optional), black olives (optional) and some shredded cheese of your choice. Mozzarella is good.
Wash mushrooms. Mince tomatoes, pickles, garlic. Turn mushrooms upside down and put minced veggies on them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake on a foil sheet till looks ready. It will probably take 20-30 minutes depending on what kind of oven do you have.
If you don't have portobello mushroom any other kind will do.
