Fill a pot with water and pour in Kosher salt.
Eggs for hard boil should be at least a week old. Fresh eggs stick to the inside of the shell.
Put your eggs in to the pot so that each has about an inch of water over it.
Leave the eggs and pot out on the stove until the eggs are the same temperature the water.
About an hour. Or you can leave them out over night. The pot is full of salt water.
Now put the pot on the the burner and turn the heat on medium to slowly bring the water up to a boil. You do no need a rolling boil.
If the water starts boiling rapidly turn the heat down. Let the eggs cook for 10 to 12 minutes in the boiling water.
Once done take the pot off the burner, drain the water and pour really cold water over the eggs (some time you need to repeat this step) to stop the cooking process.
In about an hour you can peel the eggs under slightly running water.
If the yolk has a greenish tint around it, you over cooked it and will need to adjust this method to match your stove.

As far as peeled easily, you should use older eggs. If you know you're going to peel hard-cooked eggs at a certaintime, buy the eggs about 2-3 weeks in advance, if possible. They will peel much easier than fresh eggs. As far as hard-cooking them:
Perfectly Boiled Eggs
1 dozen large eggs
Water to cover
Pinch salt
Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Season with a pinch of salt. Place the pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and cover with a lid. Allow the eggs to sit for 12 minutes. Drain and cool the eggs for 2 minutes in ice water. Drain and peel the eggs.

When you mention Peeling one must assume, since you did not give all the information required, that you are speaking of boiled eggs.
Time it. Usually 3 minutes in boiling water, to 4 minutes will produce the result you want. Of course, you should use fresh eggs. Older ones will have the green tint to them.
You also did not mention whether you wanted soft or hard boiled. that is all a matter of timing. Still - not less than three, not more than 5 minutes will give you all you want.
By the way, if it is difficult to peel the egg you might just run it under cold water before you peel it - AND make sure it is fresh - that is important.

For hardboiled eggs, you put the eggs in water then turn the heat on so the egg won't break when it starts to get hot. let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes
Here's the REAL secret......add some white vinagre to the water and the egg will NEVER break, and it will ALWAYS look good.
Peel it under running cold water while hot and, it'll peel very easily...try it !!

My NEVER FAIL hard boiled eggs:
Place eggs in a pot with PLENTY of water (you don't want it to boil out)
Place on stove and turn to high heat
Once the eggs have reached a rolling (hard) boil for 5 minutes, shut off the heat and let them sit for 10 to 12 minutes
Drain off the water and rinse with cool water. You can pop these in the fridge to snack on (like we do) or peel them and incorporate them into your favorite recipes!
Merry Christmas!

Hard or soft boiled ? -- you mention peeling so I assume that is what you are after-- For hard boiled use a very heavy pan-not aluminum, make sure water covers the top of the eggs. Bring just to a boil, turn off the heat and cover, turn off the heat and leave the eggs for 25 minutes in the hot water, rinse and voila -- (these directions are for sea level)
