I also hear some weat bread is proccessed white bread that is dyed,so how can you tell the differnce between the two REAL WHEATand the fake wheat?

Joe ---Read the list of ingredients by federal law they have to be listed in descending order.Until they get to the very
low amounts then it will say containes less than 2% of the following. I think most people are misled about whole wheat bread.
beeing a baker I know you can't make a loaf of 100% whole wheat bread and have it come out light and fluffy so they have to use a lot of wheat bran for the added fiber also there has to be some color added to
get the nice rich color. Have a nice day.

Real whole wheat bread has 2+ grams of fiber per slice. Fake wheat (Roman Meal, which is white bread + caramel coloring) has 1 or none. Fiber is listed on the "Nutrition Facts" label.

all bread is processed, if you look on the back of the bag you will find what you are asking for. when you buy any loaf in the store it is always processed. the only time you can buy a loaf of bread that hasn't been stepped on is in a grocery store that makes its own bread. and even then you still have to ask if it was made from scratch or with packaged products.

The first ingredient on real wheat bread package should say stone ground wheat flour.

White bread is full of preservatives and whole grain bread is the best kind of bread to eat,because it is much healthier for you than white bread is!
