Anyone know of any good websites that offer a variety of soft, creamy fudge recipes? Or do you have any of your own? I'm up for anything. Thanks!

I'm going to make a dessert and it says to sift together the flour and baking soda, but I don't have a sifter.

We are making homemade pita bread for friends, for holiday gifts and I plan on putting it in (wrapped in foil) in nice baskets w/ ribbon, etc.
But... what else should I put in the basket to go with it?
PREFERABLY ORGANIC.
Thanks!

My son keeps asking for grilled cheese, but when I put the cheese on the grill, it just melts through the grates and a little bit burns on! Nothing is left remotely edible! What am i doing wrong?! I usually just end up pan frying a hunk of velveeta but he knows the difference! Any help would be appreciated!

Hi
Just cooked 2 salmon fillets that was frozen on the date of purchase, and defrosted today on the kitchen counter. I broke it up into small pieces whilst frying in olive oil, because i ahve 2 small children and i wanted to make sure all the bones were out of it before serving.

I served it up, my elder daughter took one mouthful and she spat it out saying it was disgusting. I took a piece of mine and it tasted all right, so told her to stop being silly and eat up. My other daughter munched her way through hers. Then I took another mouthful and it was DISGUSTING! My younger daughter had polished hers off, my elder daughter had taken a couple of tentative mouthfuls. So i told them to stop eating it. i am guessing 1 fillet was OK, the other dodgy. No bad smell though, just tasted horrid.
Are we all going to go down with food poisoning tonight. If so, how long will it be until I know?
Hayley

Maybe traditional isn't the best word... but help me make a list of like, staple dishes to make. You know... spaghetti, tacos, all those things women make all the time.
I am kind-a new at this whole make dinner every night thing. I think I am a good cook, but I never think to make a simple dish like spaghetti... I actually don't think I've ever made it. I want a list of these dishes so that when I have no creativity in my mind I can just make something like that.
Thank you for your help!

Okay... so I wanna know

How can I make my own chicken like the kind you can get at KFC or those other types of restuarants. I really dont like eating fast food and I'd much rather cook my own meals because I know what goes in it and how healthy it really is...

However, I absolutely love the fried chicken that you can get at those places. How can I cook that type of chicken with the crunchy skin, etc.?

Thanks!
