We are making homemade pita bread for friends, for holiday gifts and I plan on putting it in (wrapped in foil) in nice baskets w/ ribbon, etc.
But... what else should I put in the basket to go with it?
PREFERABLY ORGANIC.
Thanks!

how about some different types of Hummus, the traditional go along for Pita. They sell many different kinds at the grocery stores, roasted pepper, garlic and pine nut to name a few. They are tasty and can be used as appetizers.

Jar of roasted red peppers, cheese stix or block, Grey poupon or spicey brown mustard etc. Bottle of Sparking Cider. Spinach dip or Artichoke dip. A red apple & green pear. Vacuum sealed packs of tuna or chicken, bottle of flavored olive oil. Red onion. Nice basket with raffia and bow.... Nice gift!
