I'm doing the mix with raw turkey burger, onions, and instant brown rice.. does the rice cook while cooking in the peppers or do you cook it first? Thanks.

I followed the directions but it is not working. I let the beans soak for 8 hours, brought them to a boil and let them cook on a low setting for a couple hours. Though it has tons of water still.

Lastly any tips on making it very flavor full. All I have in it at the moment is ham and beans. So?

I am going to be cooking some fried rice for dinner, will this work?
Cold, cooked rice
Frozen vegetables
Broccoli
egg

Now, I was just going to throw everything in the pan and let it cook up together, but I don't know what to use for flavoring....
Help me??

Any suggestions on how to do it would be appreciated. Thank you!

I've made a fab pork casserole this evening and want to freeze what I have left. I've poured it into some ice-cream tubs but it still feels a bit warm.

How cool should it be when I put it in the freezer?

It' a cookie I used to make when I was in girls scouts around christmas, that being a decade or so ago I can't remember what it was called. It was a white cookie, formed into a ball and rolled in powdered sugar, I think there were almonds in it, and it must have been fairly easy to make or else I don't think 9 year old would have been allowed to make them. Thanks!

Does anyone have a good recipe they could suggest for a birthday party? We are throwing a large party for my mom, and since my family is Italian, of course we are making all the food. Can you please suggest some good recipes that are satisfying to most people. Not looking for anything fancy, just simple dishes.
