For school, I'm looking for a recipe for a dessert that people who live in French speaking countries (not just France) eat during Christmastime. Thanks!!

In France, the most typical Christmas dessert is Bûche de Noël:

Other French-speaking countries may have different traditions and different Christmas desserts though.

Creme brulee comes to mind! Made a pumpkin creme brulee for Thanksgiving and it was a real winner. Also, think about a tarte tatin or mousse.

Creme brulee

This is my specialty. It is a divine creamy rich desert. If you would like a variation of recipes of tips just let me know!
