Baked Macaroni and 3 cheese sauce
Stir fried veggies, bok choy, snow peas, Napa cabbage and broccoli......

tonight I will be cooking:
Mediterranean Chicken & Rice with
Lemon, herb and different olive flavors. If I have time I will bake the rice in a chicken broth.
