You probably want something light because you are having meatloaf and potatoes. I would suggest something like a fruit tart or berry trifle. Or even just some sorbet.

Since that's kind of a filling meal, I would go with a light dessert. Martha Stewart made a really light, fluffy cake on her show yesterday that would probably go good with this meal. You should check out her website, I'm sure the recipe is on there.
