Does anybody have a recipe for a marinade or coating of chicken fillets to be tossed into a caesar salad?

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 8-ounce carton dairy sour cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon celery seed

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 cups herb stuffing mix, crushed

¼ cup margarine or butter, melted

Crunchy Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.

2. In medium bowl, stir together the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, paprika, garlic powder and pepper.

3. Place the crushed herb stuffing mix in a shallow pie plate. Dip the chicken in the sour cream mixture, coating both sides of each piece. Roll the coated chicken in the crushed herb stuffing mix.

4. Place the coated chicken in a 15 x 10 x 1 baking pan. Drizzle the melted margarine or butter oven the chicken.

5. Bake the chicken in the 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink in the center.

I love to use Kraft Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing as a marinade.

Marinade them in italian or caesar dressing! Yummy!!!

you don't need to marinate them... the caesar dressing will be enough... you can grill the chicken and then slice it

I usually just grill them with a little bbq or soja sauce.

i just marinate them in bottle italian dressing for a few hours.... also, i marinate them in a lemon or lime juice for a nice change!!!
