I serve this on Christmas Day every year and the ice ring is particularly pretty. Enjoy! And Happy Holidays!

CHRISTMAS WREATH PUNCH

water
ornge wedges
red and green maraschino cherries
3 (12-ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
1-1/2 cups corn syrup
5 quarts ginger ale (chilled)
1/4 cup lime juice

Fill a 6 cup ring mold 2/3 full with water; freeze. Alternate orange wedges, peel side down, with red and green cherries (3 in each row) on top of ice. Add thin layer of water and freeze 30 minutes more, or until fruit is firmly in place. Slowly add water to top; freeze. To unmold, run warm water on sides of mold. Combine orange juice concentrate, corn syrup and lime juice; mix thoroughly. Just before serving, add ginger ale and ice ring.

We make "Shrubs" during the holidays starting with Thanksgiving. It's just cranberry juice and raspberry sherbet. But you could add 7-Up if you want or even vodka if you're looking for a spiked punch.
