It's especiallhy hard to remove rice which has hardened . What's the best technique to remove them? I tried steel wool but it scratches the surface of the container. Is there a specific technique I don't know about that you can do to make sure that it doesn't stick to the sides and bottom in the first place?

Why does chicken from restaurants taste completely different from store bought chicken?

The texture is different. Even in chicken ceasar salads and other types. I have not been able to reproduce anything like it. Does anyone know what I can do?
