BBQ Bat;
Simply remove innards, wings, feet and head.
Place on a BBQ stick and place on grill.
Hair should burn off but if you like, remove hair.
Usually one brushes off the burnt hair before serving.
Serve with monkey gland sauce...

I don't know but I had a bat in an east Texas restaurant and it was delicious.

Sounds awful, but if you must, take out the innards, roast it over an open fire, brush off hair, serve with dipping sauces.
