I like this one a lot. You can decrease the honey if you like it less sweet, but it really isn't too sweet at all (for us, at least) - hope you like it!

Gourmet BBQ Sauce

1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
6 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the tomato sauce, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, corn syrup, Worcestershire sauce, hoisin sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook 30 minutes, until thickened. Cool, and use immediately.

Hello, here a barbecue sauce that's really tangy.....it's not tomato or mustard based or sweet:

White BBQ Sauce
*1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
* 1/3 cup cider vinegar
*1/4 cup lemon juice
* 2 Tbsp. sugar
* 2 Tbsp. cracked pepper
* 2 Tbsp. white wine Worcestershire sauce

Just combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
Use to baste your meat while grilling.

Go to walmart and get Cattleman's original, not sweet, a little spicy.

Just used the whole bottle last night on some chicken drumettes.

Reggae Reggae sauce.

You can't really taste the sweetness because of the spiciness.
