As a Chief, cold pizza with cheese, and any vegetables on it ie onions, peppers etc are fine as long as its eaten within 24hrs. But anything with meat on it ie beef, and certain fish, can cause you to be ill. Its the bacteria that multiples and grows quickly on the pizza once it starts cooling off that can cause diarrhea and tummy upsets. This does not effect everyone, so its a risk you take.

Cold pizza isn't really bad for you. But the thing about cold food or those that have been stored and cooled down is that it attracts more bacteria therefore, there is no heat to kill them before you eat which poses as a threat to health conscious people.

no way! In someways it might actually be better because after the pizza cools down some of the excess grease and fat solidifies and can be "picked" off. Not only that but cold pizza is freakin delicous.

I don't think it's any worse for you than hot pizza is. I used to have it for breakfast quite frequently. It's got all four food groups in it :)
