1/4 cup wholegrain cornmeal
1/2 cup rye flour
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons wheat gluten
1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lecithin granules (or vegetable oil)
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons white grape juice (or apple juice)

Add ingredients to your machine as per manufacturer's directions.

HEARTY APPLE-RYE BREAD

1 1/3 cups water
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups bread flour
3/4 cup medium rye flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cut chopped dried apples
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to the bread machine in order suggested by the manufacturer and bake on whole wheat cycle. Makes One 1 1/2-pound loaf.
