the chicken doesnt have much taste unless you put ketchup or something, but Im thinking about getting lot of 'em and making it at my sisters wedding (my dish), so I was thinking about puting cheese on it or onions on top or sumn, please help what do you suggest. thanks

add cream of celery soup, tomato soup, celery, onions, bell peppers, spaghetti noodles. cook the noodles in broth, makes a great dish

Roasted chicken has more flavor and is juicier that boiled chicken. Pick the meat off the bone and use it to make almost any dish that calls for chicken; such as, chicken and dumplings, chicken and rice casserole, chicken salad, etc. Sorry, but just buying the roasted chicken and sticking cheese or something on top doesn't sound very appetizing or very pleasing to the eye.

Shred it up and put in crock pot with BBQ sauce......
