Im making cupcakes for the first time today and am kind of clueless :)
I was wanting to know, is it safe to put the paper cupcake liners in the oven?
I was going to put the cupcake liners in the muffin pan and fill the cupcake liners with the batter.
I just wanted to make sure im not making a mistake doing this.

I am using a pastry recipe that calls for shredded beef suet. My butcher gave me raw, uncooked beef suet. Prior to using it, do I need to melt(boil) and refridgerate the beef suet?

Hey there! I'm having some friends over for dinner next week, and despite my lack of baking skills (I can cook, I just don't have the patience for baking) I really want to make a homemade dessert. We're just having wine, pasta and salad for dinner...any thoughts on recipes?

I'm making a cake that requires 3 eggs, 1/3 cup of oil, and 1 cup of water.

ive been stirring it HARD for about less than 10 minutes, and there are STILL big chunks of powder in it

It seems like I'll spend 5 minutes patting the bottom of the bottle (like I'm burping a baby) and nothing happens and then BAM! half the bottle pours out and immediately drowns all my fries.

Any suggestions???

When cooking peanut butter cookies, is there a reason to smash them down with a fork before cooking them? Or do you just do it because everybody else does?

Recipes don't have to be gourmet. Basics will do.
