Not at all. This is not radiation, in the normal sense of radioactive. Microwaves 'excite' the atoms in the food, causing heat to develop internally in the food, causing it to cook. The cooking process is different from externally applied heat, but the end result is similar. Of course, a microwaved chicken won't have crispy skin, since that has to come from external heat application. But the food is perfectly safe to eat.

I don't know. But I prefer to use the stove, oven, grill, or any other appliance to cook because I think the food's flavor is not the same when cooked in a microwave. Even when reheating flavor is not the same...I don't even know why...but, have you noticed?

Don't know about the food. We're still alive so that must say something.

It's been said, don't stand directly in front of the microwave when it's running because some microwas escape.

I do not think so; after using amicrowave to cook with since 1976 i think perhaps something would have happened by now if it were harmful.
