i would say after you have cooked them because then all you do is out them in the oven or microwave to warm up. sounds tasty.mmmm, got any spare? =0)

For a fresher taste, freeze, then bake. You can bake then freeze and they will be good about 3-6 months. I would freeze then bake if you have the time to bake later.

Freeze them first then bake them when you want them freezing after there cooked makes the pastry a bit soggy when they defrost.

matter of choice depends on how much time you have if you do bake them dont hot them in a microwave not as nice as oven baked also if you do cook them first only lightly bake them or you will end up ,with very brown tough pastry

Always uncooked. Frozen cooked pastry goes horribly soggy.
