I want to make some old fashioned homemade cookies but all of the recipes requires you to make 4 dozen of them and I can only give so many away.

If I try to freeze them, will the cookies still be good when I decide to get them out?

i've baked them in the oven for 15 minutes that seemed to work out. boiling them for 5 minutes shrinks the meat in my opinion. any help will be appreciated.

I love Vietnamese rice noodle bowls, but I don't know how to make the fish sauce you pour on the noodles. I tried it once and it was a disaster! Or can I buy it already made? I've checked an Asian food store for it, but I have no idea what it's called. Please Help!
