I have beef stew meat and lots of fresh and frozen veggies. I also have beef broth and lots of seasonings. How exactly do I put this all together? Should I brown the meat first?
How long do I cook it all? On what setting? How much broth do I use?
Thanks for your help.

I bought a big bag of frozen chicken breasts today. I've always used fresh in the past. Do I have to thaw the meat before cooking it? And what are some good recipes that would work well with frozen chicken?

I have tons of green onions that are ready in my garden. Do you have any easy recipes that don't use weird ingredients? We have very few spices in the cabinet.

We are trying to eat healthy, but I also dont do too well on the complicated recipes. I feel like Im eating the same thing every other night..And I cook almost every meal, every day. Any good, easy, fast healthy recipes?? I know, Im asking alot..lol

Or even good marinating sauces for a different taste. I use Dales, which is great..just looking for other things to try! Thanks in advance!

I made my husband a nice brunch. I baked blueberry and banana nut muffins, scrambled eggs with cheese and cut up melon. I wrote him a little "love" note and made his favorite dinner tonight. He has been relaxing and playing his video games all day. Think I did a good job spoiling him today?

This is the second time I have encountered this. I have a vacuum packed pork loin within the sill by date and when I open it, it smells like sulfur (that kind of rotten egg smell). The first time it happened, we tossed it but now it has happened again even though we purchased a different brand. Is this normal or is the meat bad? I tried finding a contact number for IBP Pork bought by Tyson but couldn't locate one. Anyone know anything about this?

Okay so I made dinner for this guy I'm dating, I didn't ask him what he wanted- I was kind of going for the surprise routine.. Anyway, he was really impressed w/the cornish hens, yellow ricce, asparagus and salad. I made other stuff too, but because this meal was so elaborate (for me and him anyway) I'm trying to think of something that will be really nice for next time. I was thinking of Fish.. But I don't know what goes with it. I know he loves vegtables.. Please help!!
