A tomato - they are good with just about anything. Cucumbers have a way of "repeating" on you.

A tomato;-} they came from the 'New World' of South America,
along with peppers & potatoes, which are related.
They totally revolutionized European cuisine, esp. in Italy.
Whereas the cucumber comes from the 'Old World'.
It was very popular in the middle east, of Turkey/Egypt
& had sexual connotations in ancient religions.
