since roast beef is a little fattening, have another dish to tone it down a little so that you can wash down the oily feeling. salad would be a good choice. or mashed potato, or better yet, potato salad

Roasted red bliss potatoes, you can dip them in olive oil and parsely, let them roast with the beef, a fresh green salad would make the whole meal come together. Garlic bread or fresh Italian bread will soak up the au jus.... Yum, have a great dinner !

I would do herbed roasted or mashed potatoes, another good option is roasted veggies, wild rice & sweet potatoes oven fries..

the aus means broth from so I would serve it with mashed potatoes or egg noodles something to compliment the beef broth
