I wouldn't suggest it. Ranch dressing is made with dairy & it will spoil.

I have a packet of Hidden Valley Harvest Dill dressing mix. Stamped on the back it shows: "Best before 1253 09Oct13APG1. Assume this means October 2013. Does anyone know if this would be ok to mix as a dip? It is in powder form now.

two words, e coli! J/k, I think you should throw it out. it can contain dairy and other things depending on the recipe that can and DO expire.
