It depends on how you are cooking it. I think in general rainbow trout tends to be less fishy than bass. But I do think that bass is better when your serving large quanties of people.

Rainbow trout from a cold stream is the best tasting. It beats the speckled trout.

I'm cretain that bass is good but the best thing i ever had is rainbow trout. i had it before it is good.

IMO it's rainbow trout. I love it! I could eat it grilled or pan-fried every day!
