Im not sure just how it is made. I bet their are some of you out their that work in a taco bell or know how this is made and what I am talking about. To me it looks like they take refried beans, throw on some taco sauce and shredded cheese and heat it up I would guess in a microwave. sounds simple but Im not sure if that is exactly what it is or not. can somebody help me

I would like to make it from scratch, not a mix.
I will be baking it in a glass casserole dish, instead of in the chicken.

i found a recipe for Black Bottom Banana Cheesecake Bars.
and the recipe said to Line a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with foil.
my question is....Can i just grease the bottom of the pan..
this is whats in the bottom of the pan--For the Bottom:
Cream 4 ounces of cream cheese, 1 egg and butter together on low speed until combined, about 1 minute. Blend in cake mix by hand until combined. It will be very thick, but piable like a soft dough. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

I am going to make a cake and I need some oil. All I have is extra virgin olive oil, but I don't feel like going to the store just to get another kind of oil. How would a yellow cake taste with extra virgin olive oil? Thanks.

I turn my turkey on its sides to cook the dark meat first as many recipes suggest. However, whenever I flip the turkey the skin rips and the meat underneath eventually becomes quite dried out. How do I keep the meat juicy and still get the whole turkey cooked properly?

Put in this recipe insted of coffee? It's a chocolate cake recipe and you are supposed to melt the chocolate chips in coffee, but I don't really like coffee and I'm afraid that the cake will be overwelmed by the coffee flavor. Any suggestions?

I know that using whole-grain bread or pita is a good alternative to white bread, but what other choices are out there to replace the bad carbs? Also, which low-calorie meats should I put into the sandwich? And what other diet-friendly ingredients could I put into a sandwich to enchance its taste?

I've tried eating oatmeal in the morning, but not only is it very low on flavor, I was hungry within an hour after the meal. Same goes for cereals. I want very little carbs, and those should be good carbs, so something like a bagel is also out of the question. I'm not sure what to make. I've thought of making a grilled chicken salad or a sandwich with either whole-grain bread or with pita, but other than that I have no other ideas. I'd like the breakfast to be filling enough to curb my hunger for at least a few hours. I need some advice.
