Chlorine Bleach is perhaps the cheapest and readily available product that cuts smells. Granted it will smell like bleach for a short while but lets just say Restaurants use bleach to clean and sanitize counter tops in the kitchen and serving areas. They all cant be wrong as well as Health inspectors approve the use of bleach on these same surfaces our food is prepared on at these restaurants. In fact if you notice in your dish washing gels and dish washing liquids you will see bleach being added, The dish washer gels have been doing that for a very long time now.

Warm your cooker up and spray some bleach in it and whip and rinse and repeat.
