I'm planning to make a trifle this weekend, but will I be able to keep it in the fridge for say a month? Will it still be fresh and not go bad? Cos there's bread in it, and I know that bread can't last that long. Thanks in advance.

I can only think of an oven or ovenette, a gas or electric stove, knives, a chopping board and a potato peeler. What else is a must? Thanks in advance.

My first time grilling tuna & salmon. Do ya have to flip the fish? How long to cook? And also, I like the lemon-pepper & mesquite sauce flavors, know any recipes of that?

I'm making a pork tenderloin and although it's comes out juicy, I'm looking for a simple sauce to accompany it. It's already been seasoned with a smokey bacon peppercorn so I'm looking for something that would go nicely with this flavor.

Thanks for your help!

I love all kinds of hot and spicy food including Mexican, Chinese and Cajun. The mixes in the grocery store just are not doing it for me. Please send over a homemade red beans and rice recipe. I have cayenne and I am not afraid to use it. Thanks.

I'd like to make my boyfriend an special meal this weekend. I am a good cook, and not concerned about the difficulty level on any particular recipe. Lately it feels like my recipe selections have gotten stuck in a rut, and I'd like to hear recipes that others made to wow their other half.

Every Christmas my grandmother (her parents were northern Italian) makes these amazing cookies. It's a pretty simple recipe with red wine, olive oil, flour and sugar. The dough barely sticks together and they get rolled into little wreaths/loops and then dipped in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar before they're baked. They come out as slightly sweet, winey, hard, crumbly cookies. We just call them Nana's wine cookies for now, but curious to know what they are really called.
