does baklava that left for days get soggy (not crispy) anymore?
becoz some ppl says tht baklava tastes best if left for 24 hrs, but they will go soggy, i think.
do you have to bake the nuts before you sprinkle them into the sheets? or just chop n sprinkle them wthout any pre-cooking?

We have all had it...a version of Huevos Rancheros that isn't exactly Huevos Rancheros. For instance, this morning, I mixed salt, pepper, salsa, and cheddar cheese with eggs and scrambled. I served it with whole grain torteillas. lol So anyway...this isn't exactly the real deal.

Do you know what the real deal is?

i would like to know how to perpare it and cook it from the start i had eaten it and loved it and would like to try and do it for myself and i have no idea how to do it and what goes in the pepper i know there was chesse but i dont now what else was in there and what sort of cheese it was so any help would be great as my mouth is watering to taste it again and im having a dinner party so i think that will be a great started thanks to all who help xx

Not anything difficlult - even somethinng you could cook while on a camping trip.
Mine is garlic with a little olive oil roasted in the oven till it goes mushy....yum!

Help..I have said that I will bake a christmas cake for the family this year and I am now realising it might NOT be as easy as it seamed.
Got Lots or recipies and ingredients from the web but I have no idea about how to "beat fold stir mix etc"
I was told there was a cake you can do which is real simple
in its method..but have no idea where to find details it was called a stired cake or a "Stork Cake"
I have succeded in making the chrismas puds so my bragging has landed me this task !!!
The house is free for 5 or 6 hours so I am trying to do my cooking efforts today.
Can someone point me to where I can get HELPPPPP

Ive found the BEST Macaroni and Cheese Recipe, I didn't even like mac&cheese until I found this one.
It has protein, fat and carbohydrates in there, but...no Vegetables except onions. What's a good way to serve some vegetables with it? That will go nicely?

I have tried to cook a turkey but my oven has a mind of it's own and i do not have a meat thermometer and the turkey did not come with a pop up one. I am looking for characteristics on how to tell when a turkey is safe to eat.
