Well chips as long as they're cooked in extra virgin olive oil with sea salt errrm or raked salt. Otherwise jacket spuds with the dirt washed off and a crispy skin.

Depends what with. I like jackets with chilli.
Scrub the medium sized spuds and dry. Prick the outside with a fork. Coat with oil and salt. Micrwoave on high for 5 mins then bake at 200c for about 35 mins.

I love HUGE chunky chips, made from a jacket spud with the skin on, cut into big chunks that way. Mmm!! The best of both worlds. I douse it in butter (cheese too sometimes) and dip it in ketchup. Divine!!

No Chips full of saturated fat and bad for just about every part of your body.
Yes jacket spuds as the skin has a lot of nutrients in it and helps hair growth just to name one. but go easy with the butter and salt or you may as well eat the chips.
