I know how to make the dumplings but its just cookin the chicken soup.I already have the chicken stock,and chicken(uncooked) but how do I get that cooking so i can put in the dumplings?thank-you!

I'm making twice baked potatoes and you have to scoop out the insides as most of you know. Does anyone have a good way to get the potato out of the peel? It seems I always tear the potato. Is there a special tool?
