Can I make 3 bags of cranberries into sauce at one time or do I have to cook them one bag at a time?

If you have a big enough pot, you can cook them all at once.

Just get a big enough pot. Make sure there is about 2 inches room so you can stir and the splatter from the cranberries has no where to go.
Also, New York Times has a really nice recipe for cranberry sauce.

All at the same time, just make sure that the pot or saucer has enough space for you to work in.
