True Key Lime Pie is always baked. 1/4 cup juice, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 3 egg yolks in a graham cracker pie crust. Bake at 350 for 10 mins. Cool and to the fridge!

No Bake Key Lime Pie
Original recipe yield: 1 pie
INGREDIENTS
1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1/2 cup water
1 (3 ounce) package lime flavored gelatin mix
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
DIRECTIONS
Heat the lemonade and the water to boiling. Add the gelatin and the cream cheese and blend well.
Fold in the non-dairy whipped topping.
Pour mixture into the pie shell and chill or freeze. It's a breeze!

No Bake Key Lime Pie

9" graham cracker pie crust
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. non-dairy topping (ie: Cool Whip)
1/2 cup key lime juice

Mix condensed milk with non-dairy topping at medium speed until blended. Add key lime juice and blend well. Pour into graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. (do not rush this step or your pie will be more like pudding) Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

NO BAKE KEY LIME PIE

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
3 1/2 oz. bottled Key Lime juice
1 graham cracker crust in a deep pie dish

Cream the cream cheese, add can of condensed milk and whip, whip, whip and whip again. Add the lime juice and whip, whip, whip. The more beating, the better the pie. Pour into graham cracker crust and top with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
