I am always overly worried that I am going to have under-cooked chicken, so I overcompensate by cooking the chicken too long. How long, on average, should the chicken cook on each side?

Also, should I keep flipping it over back and forth, or let it cook fully on one side and then flip it over?

(And you can include recipe ideas if you want!)

My oven dial is worn out and I can't seem to figure out how far to turn it to get the oven set to the temperature I want. Not the flames for the burner up top... that I can see with my eyes.. So could you please go to your own oven, look at the dial.. and tell me... in whatever metaphor form you want...ie ( 6 o'clock, 3/4 of the way) how far along the dial 425 degrees is....THANKS

hey does anyone have any quick and easy dinner suggestions that i should already have in my pantry or at home!?/ i mean any dinner things i could make that most people would have the ingredients in hand?? i always make pasta. but wanted to try something different. and my fiance hates onions and mayo so antying without that would be good!! (if you cant htink of anything then something i can make goin to like krogers and not spending much money on that!!?))

I looked at Allrecipes and didn't find what I was looking for. I want a recipe for beef and noodles that just basically beef and noodles. No veggies. Something that is saucy and goes over mashed potatoes. Any help is GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!

How long should I cook them on the grill? Do I just put marinade sauce on them and throw them on the grill?

ive had some ground beef in the freezer ive been wanting to cook, but when i take it out to defrost it, i end up cooking something else, so i put it back into the freezer, now i want to cook it, but it doesnt look pink anymore, it looks alittle brown..is it still safe for me to cook it?
