Coat both sides of steak with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle each side with Old Bay seasoning, cayenne pepper, and a sprinkle of lime juice.
Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and a nice chardonnay.

Try olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a Ziploc. After marinating, rub w/garlic, pepper, and a little thyme.
