I'm going to make chili and cornbread for the Charger game this Sunday, but I'm sick of my recipes.

Anyone have a great chili recipe (Turkey, ground beef, whatever) and a moist cornbread recipe that doesn't crumble everywhere? Please don't tell me to buy canned chili or to go out to a restaurant!!

Thanks!

hi,
I heard about Caviar in so many US movies. And has always wanted to try it out...But i have never seen it in the supermarkets.,or maybe i didnot pay attention to the shelves whenever it was available...
,,,So where can they be bought, preferably in London or in UK (if there is a service online) and is there a grade of Caviar to differentiate the not so good one and the finest one?

Thanks.

I am looking for a COMPLETELY homemade pumpkin pie reciepe. I have one for the crust, i just need to know about how to cook the pumpkin, what type of pumpkin and where to get it. (ie. walmart, foodlion)
i want to make the 'filling' minus the eggs and evaporated milk, now, so then when thanksgiving comes around,i just add those and put it all in the oven. any suggestions or answers ?

I accidentally bought a bag of traditional Chex mix for a road trip. I usually make my own with a LOT more seasoning. Does anyone think it would work to whip up my usual butter/spice blend and bake them like homemade? Or would that be a bad idea. They're just too bland to eat the way they are.

I just canned some apple cranberry sauce and I left about a half inch for headspace. Unfortuanately they boiled over slightly. All the cans have sealed and I washed the outsides of the jars (taking the bands off) but there is no space between the lid and the sauce. Should I take them apart and recan, am I screwed, or can I leave them as is?

My grandmother & mother used to make a pudding at Halloween, similar to Christmas pudding but a little drier and a bit more cake like. Does anyone out there have any recipes for something similar that may have been handed down?
