use leftover chili for chicken casserole. Just add cut-up potatoes, carrots, peas and corns, add a liquid, cook chicken and all those stuff above for 45mins. Serve it with steam rice. Yummy.

Oddly enough, I put chili over a split baked potato with cheese and sour cream. Maybe even lettuce. It's like a big chili salad or something.

I cook up deer burger or hamburger or stew meat. Depends on if you like deer or want chunky meat or basic hamburger. while the meat is frying, add fresh garlic to it and onions. If you like it hot you can cut up some habenero or jalepeno and put in with the meat while it cooks. meanwhile in a big pot, start the "sauce". I usually use canned diced tomatoes, they make some with onions in them, or chilies, I use both. About 3 cans of tomatoes and 2 of tomato sauce. Add chili and garlic powders*. I just dump, never measure! Never make it the same way twice either! Let this come to a boil and then turn down to simmer. Add the meat after it is drained of grease and stir all up. Let simmer. *You can use the prepacked chili seasonings if you wish, instead of guessing on how much to dump in of chili and garlic powders. There are some good Chili pacs out there.
serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, jalepenoes, hot sauce, crackers. depends on how you like to top it!
