Olives in any solution can be marinated. Brine cured olives just mean that they would be rather salty - so wash off excess liquid and marinate to your tastes - just don't add salt.

They can be marinaded. Just make sure to rinse them and don't marinade with anything salty because they will still retains some of their salty flavor. Ideally it would be better to use fresh unbrined olives though.
