I found the recipe on cooks.com, but it says to bake in a flat pan. I have a jelly roll cake pan that is very shallow and bigger than a 9x13 cake pan. Which one do you use?

I have a package of dried shiitake mushrooms.... the expiration date on the package was two years ago... but all those mushrooms look great still. Wonder if they're still good? I want to make them into some stew or soup or something.

I need a chicken noodle soup recipe that does not use all the vegies...Just the noodles and chicken for the main part...I am a horriable cook so I need very basic directions...My hubby is on his way home and will be here tomorrow..He is sick and wanting it..I said I would try and he said that is all he can ask for so now I have to make it right!!
